re: removal of (2) large oaks hanging over HOUSE & SHOP
We live on a steep hillsde next to the forest coverd with mature redwoods and live oaks as much as 200 years old. Diego Torres and the Alcazar crew helped us out twice
Once a branch more than 2 feet thick and 30-40 feet long crashed into our house, causing minor damage but major clean-up need. The crew was on-site less than 24 hours after we called. They had the job finshed in 2 days, or less. The site was left clean and Diego also made sure the rest of the 100+ ft native oak was balaced to protect against future problems.
A second time the crew removed branches from the many redwoods and a cedar which the fire department had required to help protect our house from the fires which have forced us to evacuate 3 times since 2017. Again the work was fast and fit our needs completely.
We have used several other tree services over more than 25 years at this property. None can compare in either quality or price with Alcazar Tree Service
